Compton rapper YG Hootie blesses us with a new verse from Kendrick Lamar on his new track, “The City.” The pair previously linked up on “Two Presidents” back in 2013, and this new collaboration finds YG and K. Dot showing love to their hometown of CPT over smooth production from Ear Drummers’ DJ FU. “The City” will appear on YG Hootie’s forthcoming project.
The two had earlier collaborated on the track ‘Two Presidents‘ back in 2013 so it was only right they connected one more for their hometown. The artwork of the single features the famous photo of a young George W. Bush. It’s produced by DJ FU from Mike Will Made It’s Eardrummers imprint.
