Suspect Arrested For Shooting Lil Wayne’s Tour Bus Is Connected With Young Thug

A month ago, there was a shooting in Atlanta at Lil Wayne’s tour bus after a concert. Atlanta police have arrested a man who is allegedly connected to Young Thug who we all know is beefing with Lil Wayne. The alleged shooter was once Young Thug’s road manager, and some people might recognize him by the name PeeWee Roscoe. More details below!

A month after Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot at following a concert in Atlanta, the police have arrested a suspect in the case, and he might have a connection to Young Thug. According to TMZ, Atlanta police issued an arrest warrant for Jimmy Carlton Winfrey on May 21, and he’s since been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, firearm possession by a felon, and criminal gang activity in connection to the shooting of Wayne’s bus.

Though not confirmed, Winfrey was reportedly at one time Thug’s road manager, but as you can see in the below photo, the two definitely know each other in some capacity. Some might also know Winfrey by his rap name, PeeWee Roscoe, as he has appeared on song’s with Thug, T.I., and more. On Winfrey’s Instagram page, he hasn’t posted since last week, but it includes photos with Birdman, André 3000, and many more. There is also a video of Winfrey at the gun range, firing off rounds while Thug says, “Let it rip,” in the background.
