After dropping the AlWasta EP last year, Oddisee is prepping a new album fro 2017 called The Iceberg. If the dance floor-friendly “Things” was the tip of that iceberg, then Oddisee dives deep on this latest single, “Like Really,” which finds the DMV rapper questioning Donald Trump, police brutality and “hand-me-down” religion. “How you gonna make us great when we were never really that amazing? / Take it back what? I don’t find hanging black lives entertaining,” he raps.
