Tekashi 6ix9ine makes an 8-year old girl with brain cancer wish come true.
Hate him or love him, you can’t deny the fact that Tekashi 6ix9ine likes to give back to those less fortunate. Whether he’s just handing out hundred dollars bills to random people all over the place or donating to homeless foundations & schools, the polarizing rapper is trying to make a difference whenever he can, but it’s not always monetary however. Just like Drake did this Summer, Tekashi decided to make a sick little girl’s wish come true on Monday by visiting her at her house and spend the day with her. Tekahi said it was an honor to see her smile and that they had so much fun hanging out.

This happens to be the second time in as many months that 6ix9ine visited a cancer patient. He did the same thing last month when he visited a 5-year old kid, which he gave one of his massive rings too.
