Burna Boy discharges the fourth single off his up and coming collection ‘Outside’ under Atlantic Records, expected on the 26th of January, 2018. The tune is titled ‘Paradise’s Gate’ and highlights Grammy assigned British pop vocalist, Lily Allen.
Paradise’s Gate’s quick beat is a takeoff from Burna Boy’s standard mid-rhythm style and has a dancehall vibe that penetrates the instrumental and Burna Boy’s vocals as he sings in patois. Infused with Lily Allen’s unconventional singing style, it is a fine mix of cockney vibes and Indian beat that gives the tune a more differing interest.
Burna Boy sings about his readiness to put everything on the line with regards to all that he holds dear. He portrays himself as the “Undisputed overwhelming weight champion till I’m old and extremely dim” and announces his readiness to thump on paradise’s door to secure them.
