“Movin’ Up” is one of a few new tracks fro Yachty on Quality Control’s new compilation Control The Streets Vol. 1. While Ty Dolla $ign, who has proved he can find common ground with just about any other artist, sounds perfectly comfortable next to Yachty as the two deliver warm melodies over a carefree, summer-y instrumental that sounds like a deconstruction of a beat you’d find on Beach House 3. It’s probably a little too breezy to be a hit, but that’s exactly the song’s appeal. Check it out below…
