DeJ Loaf has been pretty quiet lately but she’s back tonight with a new song ‘BirdCall 1.5’, a sequel of sorts to her ‘BirdCall’ track that appeared on Sell Sole project in 2014. As usual, the Detroit rapper combines her soulful rapping and singing on the mid tempo song, available for stream below. Hopefully this year will see the release of her official debut album.
Late last year, DeJ Loaf revealed the title to her forthcoming debut album is Liberated. Since then, the Detroit native has drop songs with Lil’ Bibby and Tracy T, plus a collaborative with singer Jacquees.The pint-sized Loaf now gets back into solo mode, returning with a new dreamy record called “Birdcall 1.5.” Produced by Illinois’ own Hona Costello
