The PDP governorship candidate in the last Lagos state governorship election, Jimi Agbaje has lost his bid to challenge Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s victory at the April 11th Govenorship election.
The Lagos state election tribunal sitting in Ikeja today July 1st struck out his petition. Justice Muhammad Sirajo who led the three-man tribunal panel, upheld the preliminary objection raised by Chief Wole Olanipekun that the petition was incompetent.
