The 60th annual Grammy Awards held last night at New York’s Madison Square Gardens. At the end of the glamorous event which many consider to be the holy grail of music recognition, rapper Kendrick Lamar and pop singer Bruno Mars were the biggest winner of the night.
Lamar won five awards including Best Rap Album, Best Music Video, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Performance.
On his part, Bruno Mars was the highest individual winner with six awards. The singer won for Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song Best R&B Album, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year.
